I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with advanced certification in perinatal mental health (PMH-C) and specialized training in sports psychology. I have over 20 years of experience supporting women, couples, and high performers through life's biggest transitions and challenges. I believe that healing, growth, and success are not meant to happen alone—it truly takes a village.
My passion for supporting women through every stage of their lives has guided my career from providing counseling in hospital settings to contributing to Georgia's Maternal Mortality Review Program, leading maternal mental health initiatives, and ultimately establishing a private practice dedicated to women's well-being. Along the way, I have supported those experiencing infertility, high-risk pregnancies, pregnancy and infant loss, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADS), birth trauma, NICU stays, and relationship challenges.
My other areas of interest and expertise focus on mental performance counseling and grief counseling. I understand both the opportunities and pressures that come with competition, performance, and high-demand roles. I work with athletes, entertainers, and professionals who strive to excel while preserving their mental well-being. I also work with individuals transitioning out of these roles and those grieving the loss of a loved one, the loss of a relationship, or the loss of their health due to an injury or medical diagnosis.
I am committed to providing thoughtful, personalized care in a space where you feel safe, understood, and empowered to move toward the life you want. I believe every person's story deserves to be heard with compassion and without judgment, and I consider it an honor to walk alongside you as you discover new ways to heal, grow, and thrive.
My therapy style is warm, welcoming, collaborative, evidence-based, and tailored to your unique needs and goals. I focus on connection, authenticity, partnership, and discovery to help you reach and sustain optimal mental wellness or performance.
